The Rae Technology Park is a district for various production, warehouse and other types of commercial buildings near the Tallinn Ring Road. The 52-hectare technology park is about 15 km from the centre of Tallinn, in a logistically convenient location in relation to the airport, seaports, rail network and main highways.

The last two properties in the technology park, of 1.3 hectares (Kütte tee 6, 65301:002:1115) and 1.6 hectares (Kütte tee 10, 65301:002:1117) are for sale. All public utilities (water, sewerage, electricity, communications, heating network) have been built and the connection points are located on the property border. Heating is supplied from a central gas boiler plant on the territory of the technology park.
