UAB Merko Statyba has completed the construction of the Vilnelės Skverai Kaukysa stage homes. Over 85% of the 303 apartments already have owners.
It is great to see how the surrounding area has transformed over the past few years. Modern homes with spacious inner courtyards have been built on a former factory’s site.”We have constructed 20 buildings here, comprising 750 apartments, most of which are already occupied by new residents,” says Saulius Putrimas, CEO of MERKO Lithuania.
The homes in the two previous stages include 447 apartments, all of which have been sold.
