Start of Fiziku apartment development project (Fizikų str., Vilnius)

Merko bustas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has launched the Fizikų development project in Vilnius and started the construction of the first apartment building of two, located at Fizikų Street in Vilnius. The first building has 38 apartments and it is estimated to be completed by the end of 3rd quarter 2015. Fizikų development project is located next to the Bajorų dominija block, where Merko bustas has built 3 buildings and up to this date has sold 116 apartments out of 122.

Fizikų development project includes two 6-storey and 5-storey apartment buildings with 108 apartments in total. The price per square meter of the apartments in Fizikų namai range from 1,160 to 1,450 euros. The apartments are characterized by high-efficiency heat-return ventilation systems, which is yet uncommon for residential buildings in Lithuania,   wooden windows, open floor plans and light-filled balconies. The building has an elevator, storage spaces and parking spaces in the underground parking garage and outside. In order to maintain similar design style as Bajoru dominija, the design of the apartment building is prepared by the same architect UAB Vilniaus architektūros studija.

The gross area of the two buildings will be 9484 m² and the value of the development project is approximately EUR 6.8 million.
