MERKO in Lithuania Quadruples Apartment Sales in First Half of 2025

In the first half of 2025, UAB Merko statyba generated €46.1 million in revenue from general contracting agreements. During this period, 136 apartments were sold.

“During the first half of the year, we focused primarily on residential projects developed by MERKO,” said Saulius Putrimas, Head of MERKO in Lithuania. “In Markučiai, we have begun construction of the final stage of the Vilnelės Skverai quarter, and in the capital’s Šnipiškės district, we are building and selling homes in the new Šnipiškių Urban project.”

In the first six months, Merko statyba signed construction contracts worth €35.4 million, of which €1.2 million were with external clients. The rest were for in-house development projects.

The Vilnelės Skverai quarter in Markučiai, under development for several years, now enters its fourth and final phase. The first three phases delivered 750 apartments, most of which have already been sold.
